Our Mission
Our mission is to empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to achieve personal and economic independence through meaningful employment. We provide person-centered support, job coaching, and individualized services that help each individual build skills, gain confidence, and succeed in the workplace. We also partner with employers to create inclusive environments where all abilities are recognized and supported.

Our Organization
SEP United, Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)(3) charitable tax organization that maximizes the personal and economic independence of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities by helping them obtain and sustain employment in the community. SEP United, Inc. provides services to help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities achieve successful employment in the community.
